<\/span><\/a>(hereinafter referred to as \"Operator\")<\/span><\/p>

Customer:<\/span>
<\/span>a natural or legal person who orders a service via a web interface<\/span>
<\/span>Operators on <\/span>www.screeno.cz<\/span>
<\/span><\/a>(hereinafter referred to as \"Customer\")<\/span><\/p>

II. Subject matter of the contract<\/span>
<\/span>The Customer agrees to pay the Operator the price for participation in the workshop (hereinafter referred to as the \"course fee\")<\/span>
<\/span>according to the current offer on the website <\/span>www.screeno.cz<\/span><\/a>. The operator undertakes to workshop<\/span>
<\/span>to organize the event on the given date, or to arrange an alternative date in the event that the capacity is not met<\/span>
<\/span>or other obstacles.<\/span>
<\/span>Workshops are held at the address listed for the specific offer, or at another location in advance<\/span>
<\/span>at the announced location. The number of participants is limited according to the stated capacity. The customer will be informed of all<\/span>
<\/span>organizational changes will be informed by e-mail.<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>III. Origin of the contract<\/span><\/p>

The workshop can be booked via the form on the website <\/span>www.screeno.cz<\/span><\/a> or by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>

By submitting an order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>

After sending the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation and payment details.<\/span><\/p>

The contractual relationship is established when the payment of the course fee is credited to the Operator's account.<\/span><\/p>

The operator reserves the right to refuse an order, e.g. when the workshop is full.<\/span><\/p>

IV. Gift voucher and discount coupon<\/span><\/p>

After payment of the gift voucher order, the voucher is sent to the Customer's e-mail.<\/span><\/p>

The voucher contains a unique code and its validity is limited to the time stated on the voucher.<\/span><\/p>

If the price of the workshop exceeds the value of the voucher, the Customer will pay the difference.<\/span><\/p>

If the price of the workshop is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

The voucher is not redeemable for cash.<\/span><\/p>

The discount is only applied when ordering in advance, not retrospectively.<\/span><\/p>

Discount coupons and vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p>

V. Change and cancellation of the workshop<\/span><\/p>

The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop in the event that the capacity is not met,<\/span>
<\/span>illness of the lecturer or other unexpected circumstances.<\/span><\/p>

In case of cancellation of the workshop, an alternative date will be offered or the course fee will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

The customer can cancel his\/her participation by e-mail:<\/span><\/p>

more than 7 days before the workshop: 100 % of the course fee refunded<\/span><\/p>

3-6 days before the workshop: 50 % of the course fee refunded<\/span><\/p>

0-2 days before the workshop: full fee is forfeited<\/span><\/p>

The customer can send a substitute without paying a cancellation fee.<\/span><\/p>

VI. Privacy Policy<\/span>
<\/span>The Operator processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/span>
<\/span>and the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic. The data is not provided to third parties, except for<\/span>
<\/span>external providers of accounting and tax services or where required by law.<\/span>
<\/span>The customer has the right to access, rectify, restrict processing or delete their personal data.<\/span>
<\/span>VII. Final Provisions<\/span><\/p>

These terms and conditions are an integral part of every workshop order.<\/span><\/p>

The operator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions; the valid version is always available on the website <\/span>www.screeno.cz<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>
