You take a picture.

 You break it down into four colours - cyan, magenta, yellow, black.

 Expand each layer and rotate the raster.

 The sieve density and raster density matter!

 Print each layer separately through a screen.

 The layers fit together precisely.

 And suddenly you have full-color printing. Hand silk-screened!

I admit it. It takes a lot of thought, testing and precision. But we call it experimentation! It makes it more fun.
