Teachers, are you looking for a way to take art education out of the classroom and into the real world? Screen printing connects creativity with craft and shows students that an idea can stay on more than just paper.
Teaching that entertains and teaches at the same time
In the Screeno studio, students go through the entire process. From the design, through the template, to the actual printing on textiles.
Everyone will take home their own creation. A t-shirt, bag or sweatshirt and especially the motivation to create real offline creations.

Who are the excursions for?
Excursions are suitable for all schools. From primary to art and secondary schools. We adapt the program to the age and focus of the students.
What will students learn during the excursion?
They will get acquainted with the principles of screen printing, learn how to prepare substrates, work with inks and try out the whole process of printing on textiles. Everyone will take away a hand-printed piece.
How long does the excursion last?
The length of the workshop depends on the size of the group and the programme. As standard, please allow for 2-3 hours.
Do students have to bring their own textiles?
Yes. Each group chooses uniformly either a t-shirt, a sweatshirt or a bag. And if anyone forgets a shirt at home, they can buy one from us. We're ready.
What if students don't have their own design?
You can create a common theme with your pupils at school before the workshop and send it to us by email beforehand. How to create a motif can be found in the instructions here.
Do teachers have to be present?
Yes, at least one teaching assistant should be present during the excursion.
How many students can participate in the excursion?
10-15 students ...he's gonna come in here. In practice, the class is divided into 2 groups and you come according to the school schedule or your possibilities. The second group can visit the Moravian Gallery on Husova Street or the Mendelianum.
What if one classmate is sick or unable to attend the field trip?
Although we will be very sorry, his/her classmates can print a free T-shirt for him/her. Only students present are charged.
How much does a field trip with a workshop cost?
200,- CZK per student
And where does this take place?
In our studio at Bakery 78 - we have the equipment, we have the space. Just show up.
