Customer:
a natural or legal person who orders a service via a web interface
Operators on www.screeno.cz
(hereinafter referred to as "Customer")
II. Subject matter of the contract
The Customer agrees to pay the Operator the price for participation in the workshop (hereinafter referred to as the "course fee")
according to the current offer on the website www.screeno.cz. The operator undertakes to workshop
to organize the event on the given date, or to arrange an alternative date in the event that the capacity is not met
or other obstacles.
Workshops are held at the address listed for the specific offer, or at another location in advance
at the announced location. The number of participants is limited according to the stated capacity. The customer will be informed of all
organizational changes will be informed by e-mail.
III. Origin of the contract
The workshop can be booked via the form on the website www.screeno.cz or by e-mail.
By submitting an order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
After sending the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation and payment details.
The contractual relationship is established when the payment of the course fee is credited to the Operator's account.
The operator reserves the right to refuse an order, e.g. when the workshop is full.
IV. Gift voucher and discount coupon
After payment of the gift voucher order, the voucher is sent to the Customer's e-mail.
The voucher contains a unique code and its validity is limited to the time stated on the voucher.
If the price of the workshop exceeds the value of the voucher, the Customer will pay the difference.
If the price of the workshop is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash.
The discount is only applied when ordering in advance, not retrospectively.
Discount coupons and vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
V. Change and cancellation of the workshop
The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop in the event that the capacity is not met,
illness of the lecturer or other unexpected circumstances.
In case of cancellation of the workshop, an alternative date will be offered or the course fee will be refunded.
The customer can cancel his/her participation by e-mail:
more than 7 days before the workshop: 100 % of the course fee refunded
3-6 days before the workshop: 50 % of the course fee refunded
0-2 days before the workshop: full fee is forfeited
The customer can send a substitute without paying a cancellation fee.
VI. Privacy Policy
The Operator processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
and the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic. The data is not provided to third parties, except for
external providers of accounting and tax services or where required by law.
The customer has the right to access, rectify, restrict processing or delete their personal data.
VII. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are an integral part of every workshop order.
The operator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions; the valid version is always available on the website www.screeno.cz.
These terms and conditions shall take effect on 14 April 2025.
